POST ACAC INTERVIEW SESSION WITH MOJIMA ETUKUDO

The 2025 Africans Claiming Africa for Christ (ACAC) conference in Sierra Leone emerged as more than a gathering—it became a turning point. Leaders and missionaries from across Africa and beyond converged to confront a pressing question: How can the Church fulfill the Great Commission beyond local boundaries? Through testimonies of conversions, cross-border missions, and unexpected breakthroughs—including baptisms during and after the conference—the message was unmistakable: Africa is not merely a mission field but a mission force, called to bless the global church.

Yet beneath the celebration lay a sober challenge. The future of evangelism hinges on zeal, unity, and resources, especially as the Church grapples with youth apathy, limited funding, and inward-focused congregations. The conference issued a clarion call—to think beyond local congregations, empower both youth and elders, and adopt creative strategies such as medical outreach to penetrate hard-to-reach regions. As plans advance toward broader continental engagement and the next ACAC gathering, one truth stands in sharp relief: the work must continue, the vision must expand, and Africa must rise to claim Africa—and the world—for Christ.
